My husband introduced my to Mongolian BBQ here and I love it. It is great to be able to pick my own ingredients. There is a good selection here.

Fun watching the cooks heating and turning tour food on the hot round platform. There is some skill to do it evenly and not forget where you are in the line of customers.

There seems to always be a quiet customer challenge to pile on the most noodles at the end. Some can be three times taller than the bowl. I try to keep to what I can eat omg one sitting so my container of the cooked results actually closes, unlike some.

Food Jenga! Will it all fit? Let's find out!

I was curious to try this place after walking by it several times prior to this visit. I paid for one plate $13 and some change and was given a small bowl. I wasn't sure how I would fit everything in such a small bowl. I asked the lady in front of me if there was a technique to this and she said to grab the napkin and squish your meat down with it to make room for the vegetables. They only give you one napkin so use it wisely. The food is all organized in an assembly line form. I picked out the vegetables I wanted and added sauces and oils to my bowl. We got towards the end and I saw the same lady carefully packing on the noodles to her bowl. I tried my best to stack the noodles and carefully move the tray to the line to have it cooked right in front of you on a large round iron griddle.

I greeted the cooks and received no response back. They took my bowl and separated the meat and toppings from the noodles and gave me my noodles back. They added the noodles at the end to warm them. Once it was finished cooking they put it in a to-go box and put it on your tray.

My food on this visit was really good. I like being able to customize the bowl to my specific likings.

After several visits I noticed that the ingredients are not always fresh specially the carrots (my favorite). If the vegetables are not fresh I usually pass on them. The station that holds the food is not well maintained when its busy. People don't respect the thongs to only be used for the specific thing it's been placed in. So if you have an allergy to a meat, vegetable, or sauces beware that there may be cross contamination due to this.

The service at the cashier is really fast and efficient when the older women are working. The younger cashiers are always distracted and take forever to process the transaction. The cooks are rude and use their hands to wave you to move the line along. Keep in mind they will only cook what's on your bowl. Anything that falls on your tray will not be cooked. I wouldn't recommend putting it back in your bowl if it falls as they clean the trays with the same wet towel. Ask for a bag when you pay if you take it to-go as it's very hot to hold with your bare hands.

Overall food is good when the ingredients are fresh. Service needs improvement. It's a small assembly line area so you will be elbow to elbow with others when it's really busy.

So it's been ages since I've been here to eat (I used to eat this at Oakridge mall) and they have step their game to another level. For $17 bucks you can quadruple stack your bowl with as much meat/veggies and everything else in-between (I'm talking about a mountain high stack) and feed a family of four. Definitely worth the price for the quality and quantity of food you get.

My friend and I came here for lunch today and I now have leftovers for the rest of the weekend. My recommendation would be to share a bowl. Just look at how much food is in my to go box. It is so stacked that I can't even close it.

They have so many more options then before when I use to eat here regularly. Shoutout to the lady next to us who gave us a pro tip.

ProTip: Stack your veggies in the middle of your bowl, put all your meant on the outside/sticking out of the bowl (think like a flower pedals) and with a napkin press down hard as you can and squash everything in. Enjoy!

I wouldn't recommend this place to people who would like fresh ingredients in their grill. Most of the ingredients were frozen and there were only four options for main dish (spaghetti and rice). Also I did not find it cheap considering the freshness of the ingredients. But I liked the dish, and is ok for a one time visit.

I used to have something similar like this in my area about 5 years ago and I was so sad when they closed it down :(

Yesterday my family and I were shopping and we decided to check out the food court before we left. I saw this place and instantly got excited cuz I love anything thats "build your own".

The line was pretty long but my mom and i were willing to wait. We ordered for two and it came out to $28 including a drink.

How it works is they give you a small bowl and youre suppose to pile it up with whatever you want.. and they cook it infront of you.

I gotta give props to those who are pros at stacking their food and making it all stay! I seen some mountain high noodles hahah.

Anyways, they cook it pretty fast and it all comes out piping hot! Unfortunately mine came out bland.. wish i put more garlic and chili oil :(

Overall it wasnt bad but it wasnt hella good lol
